FASHN MONSTA is founded on the values transparency, sustainability and integrity. 

All of our items are either (i) new OR (ii) in excellent pre-owned condition (unless otherwise noted) and have been professionally inspected and handled. AUTHENTICITY: All of our items have been professionally and rigourously inspected for AUTHENTICITY (and where warranted, we have used a third party service to authenticate). We will never knowingly sell counterfeit, duplicate or fraudulent items.

We ship quickly and ship with care. We generally ship items within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment (we do not ship on weekends). We will gladly provide tracking information. Shipping for a total value of $300 (before taxes) is free, otherwise standard shipping is based on where you live (we are in Los Angeles) in the US. For international orders, calculated shipping may not include additional tariffs or taxes (we may contact you about this).

Return Policy:

Within 10 Calendar Days: You may return any item for a full refund within 10 days. The item must be in the exact same condition as listed for a refund to be issued. A refund will typically be issued within 3-4 business days after the item is received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (except in cases where FASHN MONSTA accepts responsibility)

After 10 Calendar Days: After 10 calendar days (up to 30 calendar days), the buyer may opt for store credit.

After 30 Calendar Days: No returns will be accepted
